Peggy's long history in Tulsa's restaurant industry serves filmmakers well when they want quality foods and personal service on their location shoots as well as in other more formal settings. She has handled both large and small projects with her many local contacts. Meanwhile, she works on catering teams around the region for various business and charity functions. Her film credit list below is not complete at this time.

Peggy is also the organizational force that spearheaded the founding of Oklahoma Territory Film Council in 1991. She served as president from 1991 through most of 1996.
